Dog(s) must arrive with a fitted collar and we will supply them with a Whippet Lodge ID tag during their stay with us. They must be microchipped as it is a legal requirement. No dog(s) will walk off the lead unless expressly requested by the owner(s).

All dog(s) staying with us must be up to date with their vaccinations (inc Kennel Cough) and parasite treatment plus have their vaccination cards as proof.

If your dog is on veterinary medication we will continue to administrate it.

If your dog(s) becomes ill during their stay at Whippet Lodge, he or she can be taken to my local vet which is only 2 minutes away and you will be contacted A.S.A.P.

I cannot take dog(s) that have suffered with sickness or diarrhoea in the 48 hours prior to boarding, nor those with current or contagious illness.

No bitches in season, or due to come into season during their stay.

Feeding twice a day, we please ask that you provide food for your dog(s) stay with us. Treats will be provided for good behaviour as long as you are happy with that.

Please supply toys and bedding which will help your pet settle in.

A 50% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking for day care and boarding services and the remainder paid on drop off. BOARDING BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Any additional days that your dog stays, arranged after his or her arrival will be charged at a daily rate and full payment made on collection.
